Right to Complain Toward Competent Supervisory Authorities

In the event of data protection law-related violations, the person affected is entitled to complain toward the competent supervisory authority. Competent authority for data protection issues is the state data protection commissioner of the federal state in which our company has its seat.
For this website it is the federal state of Saxony Anhalt.

 

Access Data

We, the website operator or website provider respectively, collect data relating to accessing of this website basing on our justified interest (please see Art. 6 (1) lit. f. DSGVO), and store it as „server log files“ on the website’s server. The following data are thus documented:

Server log files shall be stored for a maximum of 90 days, and will be deleted afterwards. Storage of data is being made for security reasons, e.g. to investigate cases of abusive acts. In the event data are to be stored to be used as evidence, such data shall be excluded from deletion for as long as it takes to finally clarify an incident.
